Good evening all,
Due to an overage of sleep and other life out of controlnesses, the prompt call had been extended through Monday into Tuesday. Thank you for your continued patience, support, and attention. :)

As it is within the 8 o'clock hour here in Indiana (in the evening() and we had originally meant to post this yesterday...

We are holding a prompt call titled Aces and eights (8's)

This particular prompt call will be dealing with inything with risk involved. (And yes, this could include gambling)

This prompt call will run pretty much through the week )the intent is for it to end on either thursday or Friday, depending on the number of prompters.

I will also take a page out of dialectic dreamer's book:
you may submit a new prompt each day.

As we are usually even-numberede writers, your defaut length will be anywhere betwen 500-600 words, with an extra 100 for boosting the signaal on whatever platform(s) you choose.

Jump in, come play, and have fun!

Hello all.

As the prompt call this last time ran s couple of months (Thank you depression) I may leave this one open a bit longer as well; depends on how the mood strikes.

This one, however, is all about the Midsummer. In especial, the "midsummer mayhem."

Give me prompts. Shennanigans you want previous characters to get up to; your favorite summer activity; what your fantisy would be for the holiday. And anything else besides!

Come by, jump in, have fun!

This prompt call is now closed. Thank you for your time and attention.
It is Friday, it is the 13. So far as I know supersttion has it that luck goes south on the 13th.

Let's reverse that shall we?

Luc,ky stricks, chance meetings, anything to do with just plan

Good luck

I will leave this open until Monday at noon. Please come by and prompt.

With COVID-19 you might be seeing smaller prompt calls; we do not do boredom well. I will try to keep thiese to 500 words. I'm borrowing from a few friends of mine with the following: You boost, I add another 100 words. My price is 1 penny per word for the time being; so a 500 word story would be $5.

Jump in, have fun!

There is this Hallmark Holiday: Valentines Day.
This prompt call is now closed. Thank you for your time and attention.
I am honoring in an unusual way. Instead of 'love' (or maybe in addition to)

How about we shine a light on "the more unusual relationships." and also "Unequ3e traditions"

They can be anything from blending traditions from other cultures, to people having relationships that not many think are valid, such as aromantic ones, or people who are happier with their relationship with their pets than people. Go so far as to even say that a child can spend a Valentines day with their parent...

Throw things at me; make me work. :d

I will try to keep these to 500 words, and will steal from some fellow writers and say that each signal boost will add an extra 100 words.

This prompt call will be open until midnight or so on Tuesday, as I have put this one up much later than planned.

I have written a total of 9213 words over the course of the last four days. (Friday through today.) A total of 13 pieces spanning three places; 2 original, and one written in with permission.
I had several new prompters:
[profile] kaera_ash, one annonomous, [personal profile] shadowdreamer, and [personal profile] book_worm5 I am not sure of another, [personal profile] fuzzyred so I'll put them up here as a 'maybe.' ETA: 'maybe has turned into a 'yes; definitely a new prompter.

All prompters who submitted multiple prompts got multiple pieces because I got caught up in the thrill of writing. 2 have gone up. The rest are Unsold and are:

I go flop now. ... Oh wait I just had caffeine. Never mind.

I feel like the single most bad-ass writer right now, though. This is the most I've written fiction wise in years. Literally. \o/

We can see now how crowdfunded writers can stack up words in the millions in a single year. Before this weekend, we didn't think it was possible. This...this singular experience has completely redefined that notion for us. :) *big, wide grin*

...

And I would do this again. In a literal heartbeat. So much fun!
The prompt call is now closed. Thank you for your time and attention!

It is the second Friday ovf the month, ant that means a prompt call! This is a prompt call for fun and fluffy things. Gentle fiction reigns in this particular prompt call.

This month's theme is all about ones
