Whales be as people to me

Done been readin' things about peeps saying that whales is people. Yeah, coulda told ya dat. Dey been people to me ever since I realized some of'em as smart as we is. Been hearin' of Steel from parts, an' I grin 'cause he's everything I believe whales is. And then Theah's Morato. He's jus as important 'cause I be like...Yeah dolphin's da same way, y'know? Both of'em should be puhsons, as dey say. Puhsons with rights ta make dey own decisions in they lives an' they friends should bhe ttoo. An' as such, I feel like humans an' stuff should be teachin'em how to take care of each othah. So dey can leahn to do it on they own an' stuff 'cause dat's somethin' they ain't got yet an' should have. Includin' mo laws to protect they interests and autonomy an' stuffs like.
Jus' me I guess...doe, apparently I ain't alone if some laws startin' to be made on how to do bizness with'em an' stuff.

Both of them should be persons, as they say. Persons with the right to make they own decisions in they own lives and they friends should be, too. And as such I feel like humans and stuff should be teaching them how to take care of each other. so they can learn to do it on they own and stuff 'cause That's something they ain't got yet and should have. Including more laws to protect they interests and autonomy and stuffs like. Just me, I guess...though apparently I aint alone if some laws starting to be made on how to do business with them and stuff.

Jacob McKenna is the name Jay has picked to go by in Terramagne for legal purposes; Jay is what a lot of his crew/street people call him: Bluejay is his 'capename'. Bluesplayer is his Black!sheep handle, whenever that becomes necessary.
Phela:
Her name is actually Phaline Phela; she prefers to go by her last name, though. She is just figuring out that she is not as "normal" as she thought she was, and is having a little bit of a hard time with this. (Anything else would be spoilers!) She is totally blind, as well, so is learning to get around a new place and new house; Jacob is the only person, so far, she knows well enough to trust.
